FOUNDER’S STORY

Even before I could verbalize it, I’ve been singularly focused on one thing:

Connection

I am interested in all the ways we seek it, all the ways we develop it, and all the ways we nurture it. Because we live in a consumer driven culture, what that’s looked like for me professionally, is a career in marketing. For almost twenty years, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of media, music, entertainment, tech, and culture; from running high-profile campaigns at Complex and Genius, to launching bleeding-edge products in web3, to executing major campaigns for companies like Universal Music Group, Beats by Dre, Formula 1, and Nike. I’ve helped global brands tap into the cultural moment. I’ve worked on wild ideas, messy launches, massive wins, and have been taught a few hard lessons along the way. The result of those experiences is a sharp instinct for what truly moves people.

But a couple years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. After leading teams, heading up departments, and clocking wins across agencies and startups alike, I began to wonder…

Why did I fall in love with marketing in the first place?

The answer was simple: advertising.

Not the sanitized version that clutters our feeds today — but the kind that dares. The kind that says something. The kind that makes you feel something.

That’s why I started Transversaal.

Not just any ad agency — a creative rebellion against mediocrity. A place where art meets insight, and bold ideas take center stage.

I’ve spent my career studying what connects people on a mass level. Now, I’m building a company that creates those connections on purpose — with audacity, with clarity, and with heart.

This isn’t just the next chapter. It’s the book I was always meant to write.

Our mission is to help brands cut through the noise with work that’s culturally electric and strategically undeniable. We exist for the clients who feel like their message gets lost in the shuffle — and we bring them campaigns that punch harder, speak louder, and actually move the needle.
